About GEC Baran

Government Engineering College Baran (GECB) is a premier public technical institution located in Baran, Rajasthan. Established in 2008 under the Department of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan, the college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota.

Our Legacy

Over the past 16 years, GECB has produced thousands of skilled engineers who have contributed to nation-building in sectors including infrastructure, IT, power, and manufacturing. The college has consistently maintained high academic standards and a strong placement record.

Campus & Infrastructure

Spread across 25 acres on the outskirts of Baran city, the campus features modern academic blocks, well-equipped laboratories, a central library, sports facilities, and separate hostels for boys and girls.
